2019 Season:ย 7th Round Pick by the Minnesota Twins in the 2019 MLB Draft. Prato accumulated 227 hits in his three-year career with the Huskies that included 178 games played. He finished his career with a .317 average, 143 runs scored, 38 doubles, six home runs, 91 RBIs and 46 stolen bases. 2019 First Team All-Conference performer. All-Oklahoma City Regional team going 10-22 (.454 AVG), two 2Bโs, HR, five RBIs. Reached base in the first 35 contests of the season. Recorded 20 multi-hit efforts. Hit safely in the first eight games of 2019 including a pair of three-hit efforts. Only committed seven errors in 292 chances. Was a finalist for ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Award at shortstop.ย All-New England Third Team. .324 AVG, 51 runs, 17 2Bโs, 3 HRโs, 35 RBIS, 40 BB, 14 SB and 79 hits during junior year. Went 5-12 with two runs scored, two 2Bโs and two RBIs in series-win vs. No. 4 Louisville. Collected three hits and three RBIS including a two-run homer to capture a series win at UCF (3/31), 10-0.
