Devin Belenski returns to the Huskies in 2020-21 as a graduate manager. Belenski served as the Director of Player Development during the 2020 season.

Belenski played four seasons with the Eastern Connecticut State University baseball program and helped the team reach the 2016 NCAA Regionals. He is a product of Amity Regional High School ('15) and helped the Spartans win three consecutive state championships while earning team MVP as a captain in 2015.

In 2018, he worked at ECSU as a strength and conditioning intern for a variety of sports programs. Prior to that, he worked as a strength and conditioning intern for football and lacrosse at Yale University in 2018.

Belenski earned his degree in Bachelor of Sports and Leisure Management with a concentration in Sports Science at Eastern Connecticut State University, where he was inducted into the Alpha Upsilon Chi International Honor Society for his academic achievements in Sports and Leisure management.

In his first year with the Huskies Belenski assist the team and coaching staff with daily implementation of technology and data as he created and developed the first analytic team for the Huskies. Utilizing UConn’s actuarial department Belenski was able to create a team of interns that took on numerous projects for the Huskies.

Belenski works closely with the coaching staff assisting with camp functions and the recruitment of student athletes. With the Huskies, he created scouting reports, assist in on campus recruiting and charted in game statistics.
