Justin Lanese enters his second season as team manager for the Huskies. Prior to being a team manager, Lanese was a player on the 2018 roster. His current responsibilities include throwing batting practice, hitting fungos, assisting coaches with practices, and giving guys extra reps when needed.Â
High School: Lettered three seasons for head coach Garrett Walker at Joseph A. Foran High School...As a senior, hit .370 with eight doubles, one triple, two home runs, 20 RBIs, 17 runs scored and a .975 fielding percentage...Team captain and team MVP...Was All-SCC selection and named to All-SCC Academic team...As a senior, led Foran to first ever baseball state championship as the #32 seed in Class L after starting the year 1-11, with an 8-2 victory over North Haven in the final...Also lettered three years in basketball and one season in soccer...Was a basketball captain...Earned National Honor Society recognition and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
