2021 Season: Drafted in the ninth round of the 2021 MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins. ABCA First Team Northeast All-Region. All-BIG EAST Second Team. Hit .284 with 14 doubles, 11 home runs, 42 RBIs, 38 runs scored and threw out 13 base runners. Had three-multi-homer games. Contributed 17 multi-hit games and 13 multi-RBI games. Homered in the same game as his brother, Chris, at Southern Mississippi (2/26) for the first time at UConn. Went 2-6 with a pair of home runs at Coastal Carolina (3/7). Had a 10-game hit streak from 2/26-3/14. Went 2-3 with three walks and three runs scored at No. 9 Texas Tech (3/14). Grabbed three hits, a home run and three RBIs at St. Joseph's (3/21). Went 3-5 vs. URI (3/27) including a walk-off home run in the 13th inning. Hit a pair of home runs vs. Bucknell (5/1). Went 3-4 with a home run vs. Seton Hall (5/20) in series opener. Followed it up with a 3-3 day with two home runs and 7 RBIs including a first-inning grand slam. Delivered a 2-4 performance with a pair of RBIs in BIG EAST Championship game vs. Xavier (5/30).Â
2020 Season: Out for the season due to injury.. Not on 35-man roster.
2019 Summer: Played in 30 games for the Harwich Mariners in the Cape Cod Baseball League. Hit .194 with 19 hits, two doubles, four homers and 16 RBIs. Hit .300 in the Cape Cod League Playoffs with three home runs and seven RBIs in six games.
2019 Season: NCAA Oklahoma City Regional All-Tournament Team. Second Team ABCA All-Region. Put together a solid freshman season despite battling injuring during the year. The UConn catcher played in 49 games and hit .318 with eight doubles and team-leading seven home runs. Racked up 38 RBI's and scored 19 runs. 15 multi-hit games and had 10 multi-RBI contests. Recorded a multi-hit game (2-3) in first career game vs. No. 4 Louisville (2/15). Went 7-12 (.583) in three-game series at Texas State. Hit two home runs vs. Cincinnati (4/7) at Dunkin’ Donuts Park. Homered at ECU (4/18). Collected a pair of hits and two RBIs at ECU (4/20). Hit a grand slam and collected seven RBIs in a 4-5 performance at Tulane (5/16). Picked up three hits and three RBIs at Tulane (5/17). 2-5 with a home run against Wichita State (5/23) in American Athletic Conference Championship. Homered and went 4-5 vs. Nebraska (5/31) in NCAA Oklahoma City Regional. Added multi-hit games against Harvard (6/1) and Nebraska (6/2) in Oklahoma City Regional.
2018 Summer: Hit .320 in 13 games with the Bristol Blues in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League… Notched 16 hits including two doubles, one home run and collected 11 RBIs… Had a pair of hits and three runs batted in vs. Nashua (July 29)… Hit first home run of the summer at Martha’s Vineyard (July 2)… Collected three RBIs vs. Pittsfield (July 3)… Ended the season on a high note with a four-hit effort vs. Martha’s Vineyard (July 21)… Closed the year on a seven-game hit streak.
