2017 Summer: Pitched extremely well in the Cape Cod Baseball League with the Bourne Braves…Went 3-1 with a 1.27 ERA in 17 appearances...Threw 28.1 innings and registered 30 strikeouts…Picked up the win in Game 2 of the Cape Cod League Championship series vs. Brewster (8/12) with two hitless innings and three strikeouts…Did not allow an earned run in his last nine appearances of the summer…Grabbed a victory on the mound behind a season-high 3.1 innings pitched vs. Cotuit (6/20) that included just two hits allowed and four punch outs.
2017 Season: The left-hander emerged as a go-to option for the Huskies at the end of 2017…Appeared in 19 games and started five…Registered a 3.28 ERA in 35.2 innings and struck out 29…Went 2-0 and recorded a save…In final 10 appearances, pitched 22.1 innings allowed just six runs and struck out 19…First five appearances came out of the bullpen for the Huskies and did not allow a run in four of those outings…Made first career start at UC Davis (3/10)…Had a career day vs. UMass (4/18) with career-highs in innings (5.0) and strikeouts (5) while picking up first career win…Got out of a bases-loaded, no-one out jam in the seventh to preserve Huskies victory vs. Cincinnati (4/30), earned first career save in three-inning outing…Came out of the pen and settled things down vs. Sacred Heart (5/9) with 2.1 scoreless frames to secure a UConn win…Coaxed an inning-ending double play with bases loaded vs. No. 23 USF (5/12) to keep game tied, eventually earned second win of the season in extras.
2016 Summer: Pitched with the New Bedford Bay Sox in the NECBL...Appeared in six games, with three starts over the summer...Totaled 18.2 innings with 14 strikeouts...Fired a season-high six innings against Ocean State on July 16, giving up just one earned run on two hits.
2016 Season: Came out of the Huskies’ bullpen on 14 occasions…Tossed 8.2 innings, holding a 4.15 ERA to go along with seven strikeouts…Tossed a career-best 1.2 innings of scoreless relief at UMass on April 19…Struck out a pair in a scoreless inning of relief against Northeastern on May 11.
2016 Summer: Played in the NECBL for the New Bedford Bay Sox....Appeared in 5 games, making 3 starts....Logged 18.3 innings, struck out 14 and registered a 4.82 ERA
