High School: Lettered four seasons for head coach William Chapman at Bedford High School in Bedford, N.H. During his senior season, earned Team MVP, Offensive Player of the Year and Pitcher of the Year honors. Was also recognized as the Bulldog Award winner. During his freshman season he earned Rookie of the Year status. Helped his team reach the State Championship game. Was a member of the National Honor Society and also a New Hampshire Scholar.
