2017 Season: Played in 51 games, made 48 starts…Hit .234 with 40 hits, three doubles, two homers and 18 RBIs…Only committed one error in 170 chances at first base…Recorded 10 multi-hit games…From March 14-29 registered a season-high nine-game hit streak…Drew 22 walks, second on the team...Season-high three RBIs against Stetson (3/4)…Went 3-3 with a double and RBI against Santa Clara (3/14)…Hit first home run of the season against Seton Hall (3/25)…Tied a season-high with three hits against Memphis (4/9)…Hit a go-ahead solo home run in the eighth inning to defeat UCF (4/22).
2016 Season: Served as team’s primary designated hitter, playing in 55 games with 54 starts…Hit .255 with three home runs and 32 RBIs…Notched 11 multi-hit efforts…Named the American Athletic Conference on Feb. 29 after going 7-for-14 with a pair of home runs and 11 RBIs in three days in Clarksville, Tenn…Finished 1-for-4 with a pair of RBIs in the Huskies’ NCAA Regional victory over Georgia Tech on June 3.
Before UConn: Began his collegiate career at Cypress College, boasting a career .303 batting average to go along with four homers and 46 RBI...Tabbed as an All-Orange Empire Conference player and earned recognition as the Charger of the Week.
High School: Lettered two seasons at Capistrano Valley High School under head coach Bob Zamora...Hit .357 with a .443 OBP, 39 RBI and seven home runs during his two seasons on the diamond...Selected as an All-South Coast League First Team member and also earned a nod to the All-Orange County squad.
