2022: Injury during training camp limited him to just three games... Made his season debut against UMass in November... Had a punt return at Army... Caught his two passes on the season in the Myrtle Beach Bowl against Marshall.
2021: Started two games for the Huskies before a season-ending injury... Hauled in eight catches for 60 yards, also returned two punts for 22 yards.
2019: Led UConn with 60 catches and 723 receiving yards... Ranked second nationally among true freshmen in receptions per game (5.5) and total receptions... Ranked fifth among freshmen in receiving yards and was selected as an Honorable Mention All-American by Pro Football Focus. Best game came at home against ECU hauling in 8 catches for 169 yards and 2 touchdowns, one of them being for 94 yards.
High School: Played under head coach Joe Casamento at St. John’s College High School in Washington D.C.…Scored 18 touchdowns and accumulated over 2,000 all-purpose yards during his high school career. Selected to the All-Washington Catholic Athletic Conference First Team, The Washington Post All-Met Second Team, and the USA Today All-USA DC Second Team during his senior season in 2018. As a junior, was given Honorable Mention WR recognition in the All-Washington Catholic Athletic Conference in 2017, a season in which his team was crowned WCAC Football champs. Named to the All-Delaware Catholic Conference First Team as a WR and Return Specialist in 2016.
Personal: A finance major ... Mother Sheila Dean Ross and father Gerald Ross, III ... His brothers Brandon and Jarrett both played football for the University of Maryland. Brandon competed during 2011-15 while Jarrett played from 2013-16.
