Prior to UConn: Pewee Jr. is a cornerback transferring to UConn after playing the last three seasons at Georgetown…He will have one year of eligibility remaining…He transferred to Georgetown after one season (2021-22) where he did not see any action…During his three seasons for the Hoyas he appeared in 21 games, making 51 total tackles, 38 solo, with a pair of interceptions and 12 pass break-ups…In 2024 he saw action in 11 games and make 26 tackles, 19 solo, with a pick and five break-ups…During the 2023 campaign, he played in nine games, making 25 tackles, 19 solo, with 2.0 tackles for loss, an interception and seven pass break-ups…Played his high school football at Tottenville before a short stint at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School…Was an All-State and All-City player at Tottenville.
