2022-23 Season: Played in 20 games for the Huskies during his freshman season... Finished the season with an 11-6-1 overall record… Sergeev recorded a .912 save percentage and a 2.61 goals against average… Finished his freshman season making 498 total saves.

Before UConn: Sergeev comes to Storrs following a one-year stint with the Tri-City Storm of the USHL… Sergeev appeared in 43 total games for the Storm posting a 2.25 GAA and a .913 save percentage… Prior to his time win the USHL, Sergeev spent one year with the Shreveport Mudbugs of the NAHL where he helped lead the Mudbugs to an NAHL Robertson Cup Championship… Sergeev was awarded USHL best GAA, USHL best Save %, USHL First All-Star Team and USHL Goaltender of the Year.
