While at UConn: Late signee made himself a reliable practice player during the 2022-23 season, while seeing action in 20 games… Worked on his game throughout the spring and summer, with the goal of earning more playing time as a sophomore in 2023-24… Saw game action on UConn’s foreign tour in August, scoring 9 points and grabbing 11 rebounds in the three games.
As a Freshman in 2022-23: Appeared in 20 games, averaged 0.3 points, 0.4 rebounds, shot .286 overall and .667 from the foul line.. Scored in NCAA West Regional championship game vs. Gonzaga.
Before College: September, 2022, signee… Guard with size who displays a deft shooting touch and might battle for reserve minutes… With no high school basketball per se in Greece, played with club team Arion Xanthi, in his hometown… Most recently, earned playing time with PAOK Mateco in the Basketball Champions League… Competed in the FIBA U18 European Challenges, averaging 8.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists and shot 37.0 percent from three-point range.
