Before College: One of three true scholarship freshmen on the 2022-23 roster… Late signee who joined the Huskies’ roster in late August and didn’t turn 18 years old until October… Considered one of the top young players in Israel… Can play either forward position… Was a member of the Israeli U18 National Team… Played for club team Maccabi rishon le Zion… Product of the youth department of Maccabi Rishon Lezion… Won the Israel Cup in 2014 and a National Championship in 2016… Registered through the Uvision agency that brings Israeli players to colleges and high schools in the United States… Becomes the fifth player from Israel to play at UConn, joining Nadav Henefeld, Gilad Katz, Uri Cohen-Mintz and Doron Sheffer.
