Eric Oates enters his third season in 2026 as the Director of Operations for the men's soccer team.ย
Oates joinedย the UConn soccer staff in 2023 as the Director of Soccer Quality Control. He spent the previous two seasons as the teamโs student manager (2021-22).
In his role, Ericย coordinates and executes team travel plans, oversee home game management, assist with marketing and promotional efforts, maintain relationships with the student population, establish camps and team fundraisers, and maintain team compliance records.
A native of Berlin, Connecticut, Eric completed his bachelorโs of science in Sport Management from UConn in May, 2023.
