As a Freshman (2019): Played in six matches during her freshman campaign. Logged 171 minutes on defense including a career-high 78 minutes against Colgate (9/1)
High School: Lettered four seasons for head coach Iain Goulding at Ridgefield High Schoool. She was a three-time All-FCIAC honoree, two-time All-State while leading Ridgefield to back-to-back Class LL State Championships. Middlebrook was named an All-American nominee and All-New England performer while serving as team captain in 2018. Helped lead team to Class LL Finals in all four seasons in high school. Lettered two seasons in basketball. She earned National Honor Society membership while also being an AP Scholar.
