High School: Lettered four seasons for head coach Iain Gouldingย at Ridgefield High Schoool. She was a three-time All-FCIACย honoree, two-time All-State while leading Ridgefield to back-to-back Class LL State Championships. Middlebrookย was named an All-American nominee and All-New England performerย while serving as team captain in 2018.ย Helped lead team to Class LL Finals in all four seasons in high school. Lettered two seasons in basketball. She earnedย National Honor Society membership while also being an AP Scholar.
