2024-25 (Freshman year): The freshman finished her 1st season with the Huskies with 20 singles wins, as well as 5 conference wins. Lomans also added 24 doubles wins, as well as 5 conference wins.
Before UConn: Chloe comes to Storrs from Europe. Chloe spent the last three years of high school studying and training at the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in France. Chloe has played many international tournaments, finding semi-finalist singles successes at ITF J30's in Tunis and Kairouan in 2023, making the singles quarterfinals of the U18 Dutch National Singles Championships in 2023 and winning the title in Antibes and making it as finalist in St. Raphael in 2022. Lomans' team-sport background and enjoyment of doubles are noticeable through the doubles titles she has won over the years, including the U18 Dutch National Doubles Championships in 2024 and ITF J30 Doubles in Dublin, The Hague and Tunis in 2023. Chloe played in the top 5 in the Netherlands of her age group and was a previous #1 in Singapore.
Born on 19 September 2006 to parents Valeria Cnossen and Bram Lomans, who were field hockey players like Lomans was, with her father holding two Olympic gold medals. Lomans has an older brother Maxwell and younger brother Toby.
