Ellie Sieler joined Laura Valentino's coaching staff in August of 2026.
Sieler joins the Huskies program after spending this past year as a graduate assistant for the Arizona softball program. She assisted the Wildcats offensive and defensive development, while working extensively with hitters. Sieler was also utilized for in-depth scouting of opponents in her time at Arizona. She earned a master’s degree in Sports and Recreational Leadership.
Sieler earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2025, where she was a standout student-athlete for the Wolverines softball program for four seasons. A four-year starter, she appeared in 220 career games in the outfield, compiling a .301 career batting average with 181 hits, 13 home runs, and 64 RBI. During her junior season, Sieler earned All-Big Ten First Team, and NFCA All-Great Lakes Region First Team honors. A contributor from day one, Sieler enjoyed a stellar rookie season, earning a spot on the Big Ten All-Freshman Team. Off the field, Sieler was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten recipient.
She is a native of Monroe, Michigan.
