Hannah Parr is entering her first year with UConn Athletics serving as the Graduate Assistant for NIL Strategy. In her role, she will assist with all strategy, education and NIL content for the department, as well as assisting with on-site photo shoots, productions and external facility rentals in this space. She will assist with coordinating Championship Labs student hiring, onboarding, scheduling and content creation.
During her undergraduate career, Parr served as Team Lead for Championship Labs, UConn’s NIL initiative, from May 2024 to June 2025, where she managed the creative production of brand deal partnerships for UConn student athletes. Prior to that role, she was the Social Media Manager for Championship Labs from August 2023 to May 2024, overseeing content planning and growth.
In addition to her work with Championship Labs, Parr gained experience as a Marketing Coordinator for Distinction Agency in spring 2025 and as the Partnerships and Social Specialist for Find the Good Brand, a UConn alum-owned apparel brand, in fall 2024.
A native of Wilmington, Massachusetts, Parr is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Sport Management at UConn. She graduated from UConn in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and minors in Communication and Personal Brand Entrepreneurship.
