Joseph Neubauer joined the University of Connecticut as an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations in August 2025. In this role, he serves as the primary ticketing contact for women’s volleyball, women’s ice hockey, and baseball, and supports the daily operations of the UConn Ticket Office.
Joseph has been a member of the UConn Ticket Office team since 2021, previously serving as a Student Worker, Ticket Office Assistant, and most recently as a Ticket Operations Assistant. Throughout his time with the Huskies, he has managed ticket operations for multiple sports, overseen day-to-day customer service across phone, email, and in-person channels, and supported financial reconciliation and donor-related initiatives.
A native of Hamden, Connecticut, Joseph earned both his Bachelor of Science (2022) and Master of Science (2024) degrees in Sport Management from the University of Connecticut.
