Sarah Darras begins her 31st season with the UConn women's basketball program in 2025-26, serving in the role of director of basketball administration.
Darras joined the staff in October 1994. Throughout the years her role and responsibilities within the program have grown to what they encompass today. Some of her primary duties include team travel, budget, team community outreach and the day-to-day management of head coach Geno Auriemma's schedule.
Darras graduated from Fairfield University in 1994 with a degree in biology. She and her husband, Jack, are the proud parents of Jayne and Jake. They reside in Waterford, Conn.
