Sunday's Lacrosse Game At Holy Cross Postponed

STORRS, Conn. (April 14, 2007) - The No. 19 nationally-ranked University of Connecticut women's lacrosse team's game against Holy Cross, scheduled for Sunday, Apr. 15 in Worcester, Mass., has been postponed due to impending inclement weather.

No make-up date has been scheduled, but the game is expected to take place later this week.

The Huskies (7-5, 1-3 BIG EAST) will return to action Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. against New Hampshire at the George J. Family Sports Complex in Storrs. The Wildcats are currently 6-6 on the season after falling to Stony Brook, 11-8, on Apr. 11.
