Knight Qualifies for NCAA Championship High Jump Finals

DES MOINES, Iowa (June 11, 2008) - University of Connecticut women's track and field high jumper, Carin Knight (New Rochelle, Conn.) recorded a jump of 1.77 meters (5-09.75) to qualify for the NCAA Championship finals.
The high jump finals will take place on Friday, June 13 at NCAA Championship host Drake University.
Knight's jump of 1.77 meters put her in the top 16 finishers among the group of 27 student-athletes in the high jump NCAA Championship preliminaries.
