"Fewest Points in a Half"-15 South Florida 2/3/13 (3rd all time)
> UConn has improved to an overall record of 148-22 (.871) at Gampel Pavilion since the building opened in 1990.
> The Huskies also improved to 10-1 all-time versus USF. Today's victory marked the first time the Bulls visited Storrs, CT.
> Although Head Coach Kevin Ollie has only recorded 20 games as UConn's Head Coach, his 15-5 record (.750) ties J.W. Tasker, also 15-5 in the 1921-22 season, with the highest win percentage of a Huskies coach all-time.
> UConn's 15 first half points marked the third lowest total since 1980 in a half. The only other two times UConn has scored less then 15 was in 2002 against UMass (9 points) and in 1987 versus St. Peter's (13 points).
> At half, the Huskies shot 18% from FG%. The lowest FG% in an entire game for the Huskies dates back to 1997 where they shot 23.8% against Notre Dame.

> Despite scoring 15 points in the first half, Connecticut opened up the second half with a 10-0 run, bringing USF's lead to a mere 2 points.
> Shabazz Napier's (UConn) 24 points led all players on the game. USF's Toarlyn Fitzpatrick led his team with 22 on the day.
> South Florida's Toarlyn Fitzpatrick led all players in rebounds with 10. South Florida's Jawanaza Poland posted 9 rebounds, while Shabazz Napier led Connecticut with 8.
> South Florida won the battle in the paint posting 30 points to Connecticut's 6 on the day.
> The Bulls also won the rebounding battle posting 43 rebounds to Connecticut's 41.
> UConn finished regulation shooting 26% (14-53) for FG%...this was the second lowest in school history, tying a game against Seton Hall in 1989. However, the Huskies finished the game and overtime period with a FG% of 30% (17-57).
