No. 20 Huskies Beat Holy Cross, 9-6

WORCESTER, Mass. - The No. 20 Huskies secured an 9-6 midweek win at Holy Cross on Tuesday evening at Hanover Insurance Park in Worcester, Mass. The Huskies moved to 23-12-1 overall and are now 19-11 on the road this season.
Zac Susi made his return from injury after being injured on a catcher's interference on Friday night. Susi went 1-4 with a pair of RBI's to extend his reach base streak to 24-straight contests and is in the midst of a nine-game hit streak.
The Huskies scored a pair of runs in the first inning to take a 2-0 advantage. The Huskies have scored in six of their last seven contests and are 10-3 when scoring in the first.
Troy Stefanski led the way with a three-hit game and scored three runs for the Huskies. Stefanski has 13 multi-hit games this season.
Dan Rajkowski earned the win out of the bullpen after pitching 2.0 innings, allowing one hit and struck out a career-high five batters.
P.J. Poulin came on in the ninth to collect his 10th save of the year in a 1-2-3 frame.

UConn closed out its eight-game road swing with a 6-2 record and returns to J.O. Christian Field on Wednesday, April 25 at 3 p.m. vs. Rhode Island.
