Snodgrass Invited to U.S. Women's National Team Evaluation Camp

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - UConn senior Natalie Snodgrass has been invited to the 2020-21 U.S. Women's National Team Evaluation Camp from October 25-31 at the National Sports Center in Blaine, Minnesota.
The camp is part of the process in selecting the U.S. Women's National Team for the 2021 International Ice Hockey Federation Women's World Championship set for April 7-17, in Halifax and Truro, Nova Scotia.
Of the 53 invited players, 17 were part of the gold medal-winning 2019 U.S. Women's National Team, 14 were members of the 2018 gold medal-winning U.S. Olympic Team, and 31 are current collegiate athletes.
Due to safety protocols, the camp will be closed to the public, including fans, scouts and media.
Snodgrass has plenty of experience representing the red, white and blue. The Eagan, Minn. native has participated in multiple U-18 events including a pair of World Championships. She also took part in the 2018 Under-22 Series and the 2019 USA Hockey Winter Training Camp.
The 2019-20 Team MVP award winner was also named a team captain for the upcoming 2020-21 season.
