No. 4 Huskies to Host No. 18 DePaul Tuesday

STORRS, Conn. – The No. 4 UConn women's basketball team (5-0, 4-0 BIG EAST) hosts No. 18 DePaul (5-2, 2-0) at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in Gampel Pavilion. The game will air on SNY and 97-9 ESPN.
UConn last played on Dec. 22, picking up a 90-52 win over Villanova. Four Huskies finished in double digits vs. the Wildcats: Paige Bueckers (19), Olivia Nelson-Ododa (19), Christyn Williams (18) and Evina Westbrook (17). UConn's juniors (Nelson-Ododa, Williams, Westbrook) combined for 54 points, 22 rebounds and 15 assists vs. Villanova.
The Huskies are 17-1 all-time vs. DePaul, including 17-0 under Geno Auriemma.Â
DePaul is coming off a 90-81 win over Creighton on Dec. 22. Six Blue Demons are averaging double-digit points this season, led by 18.7 from Sonya Morris.
Connecticut re-entered the BIG EAST Conference in 2020-21. As members of the conference from 1982-2013, UConn won 19 regular season and 18 tournament titles.
