STORRS, Conn. - The No. 25 UConn baseball team (17-5) is set to host rival Boston College on Tuesday afternoon (2:05 p.m.) at Elliot Ballpark.
The Huskies are coming off a series win against Rhode Island this past weekend. UConn has won at least two-of-three in all six weekends this season with two sweeps mixed in.
UConn is 69-54 all-time against the Eagles since the two programs first played in 1909. The Huskies won the lone meeting last season, 12-0, at Elliot Ballpark on March 30.
Erik Stock leads the Huskies with a .427 AVG with 38 hits, nine doubles, a .719 slugging percentage and is tied for the team lead with five homers.
The Huskies earned their 17th win on Sunday against the Rams. It is the fastest the Huskies have reach 17 wins since going 17-2 to begin the 1971 campaign.
