Watson, White Recognized as Inside Lacrosse All-Americans

BALTIMORE - Coming off record-breaking seasons, seniors Sydney Watson and Landyn White of the UConn women's lacrosse team have been named Inside Lacrosse All-Americans, as announced by the organization Monday.
Watson repeated as the unanimous BIG EAST Midfielder of the Year and led the Huskies in goals (58), points (81) and draw controls (166). She finished her career as UConn's all-time leading scorer (205) and finished second in career points (271). Additionally, she owns every draw control record in program history and her 526 career draw controls rank fourth in NCAA career history.
White set the single-season win record (13) in net for the Huskies and started all 18 games. The BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Year led the conference in saves (172) and saves per game (10.12). White recorded 11 double-digit save efforts and finished the season with a .454 save percentage.
