CW20, FOX61+ To Air UConn-CCSU Football Game

HARTFORD, CT – CW20 and FOX61 announced today that they will televise and stream the September 3, 2022 football game between the University of Connecticut Huskies and the Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils live from Pratt and Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford on Saturday, September 3rd at noon. The game will be broadcast on CW20 and streamed on FOX61+, the new streaming service from FOX61 News now available on Roku and Amazon Fire TV.
Nine-time Connecticut Sportscaster of the Year Joe D'Ambrosio will handle the play-by-play for the broadcast and live stream. Â Big East Network's John Fanta will provide color commentary with sideline reporting from Randy Brochu.
"We would obviously like to have as many fans as possible pack Rentschler Field for our home opener," UConn Coach Jim Mora said. "But for those who can't make it, I'm so glad that they will be able to watch it on CW20 and Fox61+. Knowing that so many people are watching will only add to the excitement for our players."
