STORRS, Conn. – The UConn men's soccer team (5-0-2) is set to host the Harvard Crimson on Saturday, September 13 at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:00pm and will be available to stream on UConn+ and on the WWAX in Connecticut. TICKETS
UConn comes into Saturday's match riding a four-game winning streak. The Huskies are unbeaten through their first seven matches this season with a 5-0-2 record. UConn's offense has carried the torch of late, as the Huskies have outscored their opponents 12-2 in this four-game stretch. UConn leads the conference in goals this season with 14. Senior forward Austin Brummett has tallied six of the Huskies goals this season, which is tied for first nationally.
A Look at Harvard
The Harvard Crimson are coming off two wins over Cal and Providence after dropping their season opener to Belmont. The Crimson are coached by Josh Shapiro entering his sixth season. Harvard returns a pair of All-Ivy players to their 2025 roster in Ethan Veghte and Ben Kelly. The Crimson were selected to finish sixth in the Ivy League Preseason Coaches' Poll.
Series History
The last time these two programs met was back in 2015 as the Huskies were victorious in Cambridge, 2-1. UConn leads the all-time series record 16-8-6.
