Tabor Heaslip Signs Professional Contract With Kansas City Mavericks

Storrs, Conn. - Following the completion of the 2025-26 season, Captain Tabor Heaslip (Frisco, Texas) signed a professional contract with the Kansas City Mavericks the ECHL affiliate of the NHL Seattle Kraken.

In four seasons with the Huskies, Heaslip skated in all 148 games, scoring 18 goals with 36 assists for 53 total points. In his senior season, Heaslip was named Hockey East Best Defensive Forward and helped lead Huskies to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances and back-to-back Hockey East Championship Appearances.
