2024-25 (Senior season): The senior finished her season with 15 singles wins, as well as 5 conference wins. Bere also added 22 doubles wins, with 5 conference wins as well.
2023-24 (Junior season): Isabel began the fall season embarking on an impressive eight-match winning streak until encountering a competitive match against Rider University... Following this, Petri Bere secured a decisive victory in the latest match with a scoreline of 6-3, 6-3 against the University of North Carolina at Asheville... Petri Bere partnered with teammate Caroline Hinshaw to achieve a commanding 6-0 result against the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
2022-23 (Sophomore Season): In the fall, Petri Bere dominated in singles play at the Quinnipiac Invite winning all three of her matches and pulling out a three-set win against Fairfield with a 6-4 1-6 10-7 result. In the spring, played in 19 dual matches and when playing at second singles took a 1-1 record. In doubles, she and her partner Aleksandra Karamyshev finished the season 6-5 at the number two spot. Overall, finished the 2022-23 season with a 16-15 doubles record.
2021-22 (Freshman Season): Earned 16 wins during her first season in Storrs...Played the season at the No. 4 and No. 5 positions...She finished 11-9 in the spring dual match season and was 3-2 against BIG EAST schools...Closed out the fall tournament season with a 3-0 weekend at the Brown Invitational...Started the spring dual matches winning six of her first eight matches...Led the team with 17 doubles victories, playing the majority of the year at No. 2 with sophomore Aleksandra Karamyshev...The duo helped fuel the Huskies BIG EAST Tournament Opening Round win over Villanova with a doubles victory with Karamyshev.
Before UConn: Attended ProCivitas Privata Gymnasium in Växjö, Sweden...Played for Växjö Tennissällskap during her High School years, a traditional club in Växjö which has fostered players such as Mats Wilander, Stefan Edberg and Jonas Björkman...In 2019, won the Regional Championships in singles, outdoors, and was one of 16 players in the country (Born 2001/2002) to qualify and play in the Swedish Championships outdoors...She finished sixth among the 16 players and posted a combined singles and doubles record of 10-2 (5-1 in singles/5-1 in doubles) in the matches in the south division in Sweden...Played the maximum number of matches possible, both singles and doubles, the first three at No. 2 singles and the last three at No. 1, and lead the team to advance to the highest division of Team Competition in Sweden (Elitserien)...She won the Regional Championships outdoors in both singles and doubles in 2020 and was 42-24 in singles and 21-4 in doubles...Of the court and in the classroom, she earned an academic achievement award for “Best Entrepreneur” at her High School Graduation...She was awarded “Best Student-Athlete” at ProCivitas twice and also served as President of the Players’ Council in Växjö Tennissällskap.
