2025-26 (as a junior at UConn): Appeared in 39 of 40 games, making 38 starts…All-BIG EAST First Team Selection…BIG EAST All-Defensive Team… 2026 Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Late-Season Team… NABC All-District First Team selection…led the BIG EAST with 6.0 assists per game in all games and 7.4 per game in league action...scored 21 points, dished out seven assists, adding five rebounds and two steals in Amica Insurance Hall of Fame Series Boston at the TD Garden against No. 7 BYU, earning MVP honors (Nov. 15)… tallied a triple-double (10p-10r-10a) against Bryant (Nov. 23)…doled out 11 assists in win over Butler (Dec. 16)… poured in 23 points and dished out 15 assists, third-most in a game in UConn history, in the comeback win over Providence (Jan. 7)… had a double-double (11p-10a) at Butler (Feb. 11)…totaled 15 points and a career-high 12 rebounds against Georgetown (Feb. 14), adding nine assists to finish a hair shy of another triple-double...scored 10 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the BIG EAST Semifinals vs. Georgetown (3/13)...was injured late in the season and limited through the NCAA Tournament, but fought through to appear in five of six games...scored 11 points, hit a pair of clutch 3-pointers and grabbed five rebounds in the Elite Eight comeback win over Duke (March 29), along with tipping the pass to generate a steal before the iconic game-winner...stuffed the stat sheet with seven points, seven assists and nine rebounds in 31 minutes of the National Semifinal vs. Illinois (April 4).
Before UConn: Joins the Huskies after two seasons at Georgia, where he was a double-figure scorer and All-Freshman team pick.... logged 70 games for the Bulldogs from 2023-25, appearing in every game both seasons and starting all but one...averaged 11.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.5 steals per game...a 35.3 percent shooter from 3-point range... hits at a 75.4 percent clip from the charity stripe...as a freshman in 2023-24, started every game aside Senior Day for a team that reached the NIT Semifinals and averaged 9.7 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists...earned a spot on the SEC All-Freshman team after finishing as one of five league rookies to score in double-figures in conference play...added a team-high 1.4 steals per game, 11th in the SEC...In his sophomore year upped his production across the board...for an NCAA Tournament team...averaged 13.5 points per game to go along with 3.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.7 steals per game... improved his 3-point percentage to a 37.4 percent mark in his second season and shot 80.4 percent from the free throw line, going to the stripe nearly five times per game...recorded six 20-plus point games at Georgia...Prior to enrolling at Georgia, prepped at Combine Academy in Lincolnton, N.C. as a senior, Liberty Heights in Mooresville, N.C. as a junior and spent his first two high school years at Millbrook High School in Raleigh...was a consensus Top-65 recruit coming out of high school and a top-10 lead guard in his class.
