2013-2014 (Junior Season): Played in 30 games...Led all UConn defensemen with 15 points and four goals...Tied for fifth on the team with 11 assists...Tied for second on the club with a +10 rating, first among Husky defensemen...Half of his points on the year came on the power play; three of his four goals came on the power play and he finished with seven power play points (3g/4a) on the year...Tied for 17th among Atlantic Hockey defensemen in scoring...Ranked tied for second on the team with 48 blocked shots (1.50 blk/pg)...Scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win over AIC at home (Jan. 25)...Had a pair of multi-point games, scoring a goal and adding an assist in a 3-2 win at AIC (Jan. 24) and a 5-0 win at Holy Cross (Feb. 15).
2012-2013 (Sophomore Season): Appeared in all 37 games for the Huskies...Registered 16 points on 16 assists...Tallied a career-high four assists in a 5-4 victory over Mercyhurst (Jan. 18)...Notched three helpers in a 4-0 victory at Sacred Heart (March 2).
2011-2012 (Freshman Season): Played in 38 games...Recorded eight points on three goals and five assists...Scored the first goal of his career in a win against Sacred Heart (Nov. 16)...Had the game winning goal in a 3-1 victory against Holy Cross (Jan. 27).
Before UConn: Poe played for the 2011 President Cup Champion Topeka Roadrunners of the North American Hockey League...Recorded four goals and 26 assists for 30 points in 58 games...Finished the season with a plus-23 rating and a career plus-62 rating after three seasons with Topeka...Featured at the NAHL Top Prospects Showcase.
