Cross Country: Ran at UB Stampede XC Invite in the 6K and finished at 22:25.1, 15th overall.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Competed at several meets in 4x400, 5000, DMR, and 3000...Posted a trio of top-20 finishes...Finished fifth overall in the Distance Medley Relay at the Florida Relays at 12:!3.62 (best time)...Bests: 4x400 - 4:13.67 at Uconn Northeast Challenge, 5000 - 17:32.73, and 3000 - 10:34.10 at UCF Knights Invite.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-2018)
Cross Country: A part of a 2017 cross country team that won its first AAC XC Championship on Oct. 28th...AAC All-Conference selection for time of 22:05...Ran in six races...Tallied four top-20 finishes...Bests: 5K - 17:31.0 at Brown-Rothenberg XC Meet and 6K - 21:37.9 at Paul Short Gold.
Indoor: Competed at five meet in the Mile, 3000, and 4x800...Bests: Mile - 5:12.92 at conference indoor championships, 3000 - 10:08.81 - at Dr. Sanders Invitational Armory Challenge (College/Open), and 4x800 - 9:19.34 at Nittany Lion Challenge.
Outdoor: Competed at six meets in 4x800, 5000, 800, 4x400, and 1500...A part of a relay team that took first at Brown Springtime Invitational in the 4x400 at 4:09.63 (best time)...Bests: 4x800 - 9:29.72 at Florida Relays, 5000 - 17:24.98 at Larry Ellis Invitational, 800 - 2:25.63 at Brown Springtime Invitational, and 1500 - 4:42.26 at Florida Relays.
AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Cross Country: Ran at five races...At first race as a Husky at UMass Minuteman XC Invitational, finished 14th overall at 18:18.4...Finished in the top-10 at Rothenberg-Brown Invitational with a time of 17:52.5...Best 6K time at conference XC championships at 22:31.5.
Indoor: Finished 13th in the mile run (5:14.17) at the Wagner Invite and 11th in the distance medley relay (12:43.96) at the Nittany Lion Challenge...Placed 15th in the 4x4 (4:04.59) at the Vanderbilt Invitational...Took 10th in the mile run (5:06.41) at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships...Finished 10th in the distance medley relay (11:53.88) at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 4x8 (9:03.78) at the Florida Relays...Placed fifth in the 800m run (2:17.18) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Pair of top-10 finishes in the 4x4 and 1500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational...Finished fourth in the 800m (2:16.72) at the Brown Springtime Invitational and sixth in the mile (5:07.94) on the same day.
