Outdoor: Competed at UConn Northeast Challenge in 1500 and finished at 5:10.10.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-2018)

Cross Country: A part of a 2017 cross country team that won its first AAC XC Championship on Oct. 28th...Ran in five races...Bests: 5K - 18:49.7 at Brown-Rothenberg XC Meet and 6K - 23:13.3 at Paul Short Open.

Indoor: Competed at four meets in Mile, 3000, and DMR...Finished in the top-10 at the Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge (College/Open) with best 3000 time of 10:30.60 and best DMR time of 12:48.79...Best Mile at Valentine Invitational - 5:10.22.

Outdoor: Competed at several meets in 1500, 3000, and 5000...Bests: 1500 - 5:15.17 at Sam Howell Invitational, 3000 - 10:49.19 at Penn Challenge, and 5000 - 18:42.80 at Penn Challenge.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-2017)

Cross Country: Ran in five races...Bests: 5K - 18:51.5 at Rothenberg-Brown Invitational and 6K - 23:04.6 at Paul Short-Open.

Indoor: Competed at several meets in Mile and 3000...Bests: Mile - 5:23.10 at Valentine Invitational and 3000 - 10:52.41 at Nittany Lion Challenge.

Outdoor: Competed at four meets in Mile, 1500, and 3000...Posted a pair of top-15 finishes...Bests: Mile - 5:31.43 at Brown Springtime Invitational and 1500 - 4:59.16 at UConn Northeast Challenge.

Before UConn: Earned four varsity letters at Mercy High School under head coach Kathryn Schumann… A three-time All-State runner… An All-New England and a New Haven Register MVP… A Class L State Champion… A two-time SCC Runner of the Year… Set a course record at the Southern CT Conference… Deemed team captain twice during her time at Mercy.

Personal: Son of Andree and Eric Pias… Has one brother, Matthew (21), a senior at UConn… A CIAC Scholar Athlete… Honored as Salutatorian at Mercy in 2016.
