Tyler Kwinta joined the volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach in August 2023.
Prior to UConn, Kwinta was a Division I men’s volleyball men’s volleyball player at Sacred Heart University. Kwinta served as the team captain for the 2021-22 season and was an EIVA All-Academic team member.
In addition to being a division I athlete, Kwinta spends his free time as the head coach of Warren Sixpack Volleyball Club, where he coaches kids ages 10-17 in individual and team settings.
