'When I think of UConn Volleyball, I think of family. I think of lifelong friendships with my teammates and that together we can get through anything. Knowing that I have 12 other people to lean on, as well as a strong, supportive staff makes each day here at UConn worthwhile.'

2008 Season:Started in all 32 sets...set new career-highs highs in kills (141), hitting-percentage (.317) and assists (34)...more than doubled her career service ace total with 25...among the team[apos]s leading blockers with 95, including 14 solo...established new match bests in every statistical category in her final season...recorded two eight kill matches against Chicago State (8/30) and Louisville (9/26)...had a career-high three service aces in three matches, twice on the road (Wright State-9/5 and Buffalo-9/6) and for the final time against Cincinnati (9/28)...finished with eight total blocks in the regular-season finale at Notre Dame (11/16)...received All-BIG EAST Academic Honors for the third time in her career. 2007 Season: Appeared 63 games...recorded a career-high seven kills against Southeast Missouri (9/8) ...recorded 33 kills in 79 attempts while posting 56 digs and a 0.89 digs per game average...hit a career-high .538 against Southeast Missouri (9/8)...recorded a career-best 10 digs against Notre Dame (10/27). 2006 Season: Appeared in 15 matches playing in 25 games...recorded a season-high five kills on three different occasions...twice matched a career-high in blocks with three against Pittsburgh (9/24) and St. John[apos]s (10/14)....a BIG EAST Academic All-Star...Director of Athletics Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. 2005 Season: Saw action in 21 matches and 53 games...tallied eight kills on the season...picked up 52 digs and six blocks...had a season-high two kills against Manhattan (9/10)...scooped up a season-best six digs on four different occasions...had three blocks against Manhattan (9/10), including one solo block. Before UConn: Received the 2005 Athena award for outstanding female athlete at Chaska High...named All-Conference three times and All-State twice...two-time Minneapolis Star Tribune All-Metro First Team selection...honored as 2003 Star Tribune Player of the Year...2002 and 2004 AAU Nationals All-American...named to the 2002 Class 3A State All-Tournament Team...club team was AAU National Champion in 2004...Dean[apos]s List every quarter for three straight years.
