Huskies Head South For Road Contest at Coastal Carolina

STORRS, Conn. – Back on the road following a two-game home stint, UConn women's lacrosse heads down south for a midweek clash against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers on Tuesday, March 18 at Brooks Stadium. The contest is scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. opening draw.

- Tuesday's tilt will be the first ever matchup between UConn and Coastal Carolina.
- The Chanticleers (3-2) enter the week fresh off a 14-10 victory over the Delaware Blue Hens.
- Haley Alexander leads Coastal Carolina with 13 goals and six assists for 19 points. Katie Woods enters her 9th season at the helm of the UConn Lacrosse program in 2019. The most successful coach in UConn women's lacrosse history, Woods has accumulated a 107-96 record, six winning seasons and two conference Coach of the Year Awards during her time in Storrs.
