Men's Soccer Back in Action on Wednesday

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn men's soccer team (5-4-2, 1-3-2 BE) heads to South Orange, N.J. for a Wednesday evening showdown against Seton Hall. Game time is set for 7 p.m. and the contest will be streamed live on FloSports.
Last Time Out
UConn hits the road after a 1-1-2 homestand that featured a win against Marquette and draws against St. John's and Creighton. Ben Awashie scored a pair of goals last week and Mateo Leveque was honored as BIG EAST Freshman of the week after he tallied a goal and an assist and anchored a solid backline during the win against the Golden Eagles and the 2-2 tie against the Blue Jays.
Scouting the Pirates
Seton Hall enters Wednesday's contest with a 5-5-3 overall record and a 1-4-1 mark in BIG EAST action. The Pirates were 1-0-1 last week, which featured a 1-0 win at DePaul and a scoreless draw against St. John's. Junior defender Johannes Pex leads the way for the Pirates with five goals and five assists for 15 pirates.

UConn and Seton Hall have a long history that dates back to 1987. The Huskies are 14-13-3 all-time against the Pirates. Last season, UConn dropped a 1-0 decision to Seton Hall.
