Huskies Set For Home and Home Series with Holy Cross

STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut women's hockey team prepares for a home and home series with Holy Cross starting Friday December 3. Puck drop is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Freitas Ice Forum in Storrs Connecticut.
UConn returns to the ice following a 1-1 weekend in the Nutmeg classic that included a 6-1 win over Sacred Heart University and a 3-2 loss in the Championship to #5 Quinnipiac. Sophomore Jada Habisch led the way for the Huskies posting a Hat Trick in the opening game of the tournament. Seniors Danielle Fox and Viki Harkness also started the tournament strong as Harkness finished the opening game with four assists and Fox added one goal and three assists.
Scouting Holy Cross
Holy Cross enters Friday's matchup following a 4-2 loss to Boston College. Junior Darci Johal leads the way for Holy Cross with five goals in 12 games played.

Following the home and home series with Holy Cross the Huskies will return home for the holiday break. UConn returns to the ice January 7 when they travel to Burlington Vermont for a matchup vs. The University of Vermont. Puck drop is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
