WHOC Hosts Maine at Freitas

STORRS, Conn. - The UConn women's hockey team (5-9-1) welcomes the University of Maine to the Freitas Ice Forum for a contest on Friday, February 5 at 4 p.m.
The Huskies are looking to end a season-long four game losing streak. Though the last four games have come against a Top-10 ranked Boston College (3 games) and No. 4 ranked Northeastern.
UConn outshot the Eagles in both contests last weekend but were unable to get past Boston College.
The Huskies were originally scheduled to hit the road and play at Maine near the start of the season on Nov. 27-28 but Maine went on shutdown to postpone the series.
UConn is 46-17-8 all-time against Maine with the Huskies going 3-0 against the Black Bears last season.
Savannah Bouzide and Natalie Snodgrass each scored a pair of goals in the season series.
