UConn battled for 90 minutes but ultimately dropped a 1-0 decision at No. 15 Seton Hall Saturday afternoon at Owen T. Carroll Field. Freshmen Giancarlo Vaccaro (37') and Okem Chime (66') tabbed the UConn shots that were on target. Senior goalkeeper Jahmali Waite faced 18 shots on the afternoon, turning back 17 of them and collecting three saves.

In a contested matchup, the Villanova surrendered a late goal to drop the afternoon match with the 24th-ranked Coastal Carolina Chanticleers on a neutral field in Richmond, Va.
The Wildcats squared off with the nationally ranked Chanticleers and confidently went into the half 0-0. The Villanova defense was on full display limiting Coastal Carolina to minimal scoring opportunities. Netminder Kent Dickey picked up four saves to keep the Wildcats close.
