STORRS, Conn. - The No. 15 UConn women's lacrosse team finished off an undefeated season at home as it topped Butler, 22-15, Saturday morning at Morrone Stadium.
UConn capped its home slate with an 8-0 record, marking the second time in program history and first time since 2013 where it went undefeated in Storrs.
Additionally, the Huskies picked up their 13th win of the season, matching the 2013 team again for most wins in single-season history.

Watson and George combined for the first five goals before senior Lia LaPrise and Coon got on the board to push out a 7-4 advantage at the end of the opening quarter.
UConn started the second quarter on fire once again, as George, sophomores Morgan Carter and Susan Lafountain, and Watson made it an 11-4 game. Coon, Lafountain and Watson closed the frame with another 4-0 run as the Huskies led by nine, 15-6, at the break.
