Huskies Set for Two-Game Series Against New Hampshire at Home

STORRS, Conn. -Â The University of Connecticut women's ice hockey team is set for a two-game home series against New Hampshire Friday and Saturday night. Â
Last time out, the Huskies fell to Boston College in a home and home series in both games on Friday, Oct. 13 and Saturday, Oct. 14 and moved to 1-2-1 overall and 0-2 in Hockey East action. Although the defeat, the Huskies battled tough in a 1-2 setback last Saturday. Brooke Campbell ready to start her sophomore season strong, posted a goal and an assist on the season. Â
Goaltender Tia Chan is also up to 122 saves already through four games.Â
Scouting New HampshireÂ
Entering the matchup, the Wildcats are 3-2-1 overall and 1-0-1 in Hockey East play. Last time out, New Hampshire tied with Merrimack 3-3 on Saturday, Oct. 14. Leading the way for the Wildcats is Kira Juodikis with four goals and two assists this season. Â
