Merrimack Game Set for a 12 Noon Kick-Off on WFSB-3 and WWAX

STORRS, Conn.ย - The UConn football program announced that kick-off for their 2024 home opener against Merrimack on Saturday, September 7 is set for 12 noon with the game airing live on WFSB Channel 3 throughout Connecticut.ย The game will also be simulcast on WFSB's sister station, WWAX, as well as streamed online through UConn+.
UConn and WFSB Channel 3 begin year two of an exclusive media partnership in 2024-25.ย Last season's game against Sacred Heart also featured on WFSB and WWAX.
The Huskies welcome Merrimack College to The Rent for a first-ever match-up between the two schools.ย UConn has played at least one FCS opponent in each season since moving up to FBS in 2002 and is 20-2 in those games.ย
