Huskies Secure 4th Straight Win, Defeat Sacred Heart

Manchester, Conn. - The UConn women's tennis team won their fourth match in a row as they defeated Sacred Heart by a final of 4-0.
The Huskies started the match strong with wins in no.1 and no.3 doubles. Victoria Matos and Ela Platenikova won no.1 doubles by a final of 6-3 continuing their strong start to the season, followed by a win by Isabella Asenov and Cameron Didion.
In singles matches, the Huskies secured wins from Chloe Lomans in no.2 singles (6-0,6-4), Victoria Matos in no.3 singles (6-1,6-1), and Cameron Didion in no.4 singles (6-0,6-1).
UP NEXT: The Huskies will hit the road as they travel to face off against St. John's University on Feb. 20.
