STORRS, Conn. – No. 5 UConn women's hockey was defeated by No. 8 Northeastern, 1-0 on Saturday afternoon in front of 2,073 fans at the Toscano Family Ice Forum. It was a tightly contested matchup throughout, but it was Northeastern who scored the game's lone goal with 15.2 seconds remaining in the third period. UConn moves to 11-4-1 in Hockey East play and 18-6-2 overall this season.
