2020-21 Basketball Student Ticket Claim Process Info
10/22/2019 4:39:00 PM | Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Students, Tickets
This fall marked the first season that UConn students no longer need to purchase tickets for select sports to attend regular season home athletic events and can simply "Just Swipe" their valid UConn Student ID for admission.
As the 2019-20 basketball season approaches, UConn Athletics has preliminarily identified* seven men's or women's basketball games that will employ an advance ticket claim process.
The advance ticket claim process simply requires UConn students (of all campuses) to go online and claim a ticket during the designated claim period. There is no charge to students to claim a ticket, the claim process is simply a measure to alleviate crowd buildups outside on gamedays for games with anticipated high ticket demand.^
Each of the seven preliminarily identified games will have a specific window of time in which students can claim a ticket that will last at minimum 48 hours.
