Danika Pasqua got the Husky offense going early with a strike in the ninth minute. Ava Boutilier blocked Danielle Fox's intial shot attempt, but Pasqua collected the loose puck and tapped it home to notch her fourth goal of the season and give the Huskies a one-goal advantage at 8:54.

After earning a power play opportunity, Crawley doubled the UConn lead at the 11:41 mark off assists from Briana Colangelo and Morgan Wabick. The Huskies worked the puck around the offensive zone, using a bit of tic-tac-toe action to set up Crawley's shot - which the senior slotted into the far-right corner of the net.

UConn kept the pressure on and pushed its lead to 3-0 early into the second frame after Crawley cashed in her second of the night. Colangelo obtained the puck from Natalie Snodgrass, then used a stick deke to lull her defender to sleep before skating into the teeth of the defense and dropping the puck off Crawley in the crease.

Snodgrass landed the final blow 1:12 into the third. The Eagan, Minn., native got a pass from Taylor Wabick and fired a rocket past the glove of Boutilier and into the back of the cage for her ninth goal of the season.
